At Best Buy Medical Supplies, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; that is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn fashion items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain medical-grade compression wear and intimate apparel are final sale unless defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
